Luma Segment (“the App”) is a Wear OS watch face for Android smartwatches, styled as a segmented-LCD digital display. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how the App handles data.

1. Data Collection

Luma Segment does not collect, store, or share personal data.

• No user accounts
• No names, emails, or identifiers
• No location tracking
• No contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• No analytics or tracking services
• No internet connectivity — the App contains no networking code

All functionality runs locally on the watch.

2. Watch Face Complications

The App displays optional complications (such as step count and battery level) supplied by Wear OS's built-in complication providers. This data is rendered on-screen only; the App does not read, store, transmit, or otherwise process this data beyond displaying it, and it never leaves the watch.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests no runtime permissions. It is a declarative Watch Face Format (WFF) package with no executable code, and relies solely on the system time and the system-provided complication data described above to render the face.

4. Payments

Luma Segment is free and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

5. Advertising

Luma Segment does not display ads and does not use advertising SDKs.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Data Sharing

Since no personal data is collected, no data is shared with third parties.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
